Friends by Autumn Laskey-Downs
Spring
We play in the April showers
We make a harvest song
We pick lots of daisies
Make a daisy chain
Summer
Planting flowers in the sun
Dancing in the summer sun
Going to the beach
Playing ball
Just sitting in the sun
Together
Autumn
It’s October now
It’s my party
We play together
It’s Hallowe’en
We dress up
Go trick treating
Winter
It’s icy cold in winter
We have Christmas presents
Boxing Day, sitting by the fireside
Drinking chocolate
FRIENDS by Charlie Head
Always looking out for you and cheerful when you’re sad,
Always playing with you and never getting mad.
Always there for you when you need them,
Making you laugh – that’s a good friend.
Playing on the trampoline, doing lots of tricks,
Helping you out when you are in a fix.
Someone to understand and to listen when you are worried.
When you are doing something good, they are there to encourage.
Friends by Elliot Gould
Me and my buddy
Flying kites
Picnics
In the sun
Driving around
On bikes
Feeding the ducks
In the forest
Climbing trees
Oak trees
To the zoo
Penguins

Sunny day

Fossils
Chess

Friends by Dolly Swann
Flying kites in the park
Riding bikes at the skate park
Inventing fun games
Everlasting friendship
Never breaking up
Deciding to come to each other’s house
Skating at the park on out skateboards!!!
My Friend Elsie by Leonie Morland
My friend Elsie
Quiet but funny
Always thinks for
Others
Playing with our Teddies
Making up new
Stories
We never ever
Fight
Or hurt each other’s
Feelings
We sometimes go
On bike rides
Or to the
Cinema
I'll miss her when we move
Schools
But we’ll still see
Each other
And still be
Best friends
You’ll see us
Together!
Night Friends by Amber Clark
Sleepovers at my house
Ghost stories in bed
Midnight feast with sweets
Late into the night
All tucked up in bed
But still not asleep
Mum comes in
And suddenly
We are all fast asleep!
